This might be one of those things that you say yuck too, but it is good if you are in the right mood. My mom often made this for her book club luncheon or something fancy. She liked it a lot, so I am including it here. It is a very Mormony recipe=stuff in Jello.
Dissolve 1 6oz large package of lime Jello in 2 cups boiling water.
Add:
1 c cottage cheese
1 c crushed pineapple
1 c evaporated milk
1 c mayonaise
1 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c grated cheese
Whisk all these things together and pour into 9x13 glass pan. Chill until set.
Plus, a great reason to include this is because it is all the things Kevin hates in Jello. Cheese, nuts, mayonnaise, fruit.
