Coconut Pound Cake

1 c milk
3 c flour
3 c sugar
1 c margarine
1/2 c butter
7 eggs
2 t coconut flavoring
1 t butter and nut flavoring
1 c coconut (angel flake) or 1 1/2 c coconut

Cream butter and sugar.  Ad egg yolks one at a time, beating after each.

Add flavorings and milk alternately with flour.
Fold in coconut and the egg whites (previously beaten separately until stiff.)

Bake at 350 for 70 minutes.

Kevin's favorite cake.  We had it at our wedding reception!
