Pumpkin Cake

From Grandma Judy (Judith Hansen Gundersen)

1 box yellow cake mix

Put it in bowl.  Take out 1 c of the powder and set aside

Add:
1/2 c butter, melted
1 egg


Mix with a spoon and press into bottom of 9x13 pan.

Then put together in a bowl:
1 large can of pumpkin
3 eggs
2/3 c milk
1/2 c brown sugar
2-3 t cimmamon
1 t ginger
1/2 t ground cloves

Mix and pour over cake already in the pan.

Take the 1 C cake mix and add 1/2 c powdered sugar, 1/3 stick of butter.  Crumble with hands and sprinkle over pumpkin mix.    Then sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 min.

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
