Cream of Broccoli Soup

1 head broccoli
1/4 c chopped onion
1 T corn starch
1 1/2 c milk
grated cheese
salt and pepper

Dice onion and broccoli.  Make medium white sauce of the corn starch and milk.  Steam broccoli and onion. Add to white sauce. Add grated cheese and salt and pepper.
