Carrot Cake

Mix:
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oil
4 eggs

Add;
2 t soda
1/2 t salt
2 c flour
1/2 t allspice
1 t cinnamon

Mix in:
3 c grated raw carrots
1 c chopped nuts

Bake in greased and floured bundt or cheesecake pan 1 hour at 350.

Cupcakes 30-40 minutes
9x13 pan 45 minutes

Icing:
1 3/4 c powdered sugar
1/4 c margerine
4 oz cream cheese

Beat until white and fluffy.  Frost.
