1 lemon cake mix
1 3oz package of jello
Mix well, then add:
3/4 c oil
3/4 c water
4 eggs, beating well after each egg
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350. When done, immediately prick holes all over the top with a fork and pour on glaze topping of:
1/3 c lemon juice
2 1/2 c powdered sugar
Refrigerate and serve with a slice of lemon if desired.
My mom's favorite. She would make it for Kevin to make him happy. He likes it.
