2 2/3 c powdered sugar
1/3 c cocoa
Mix together.
Add 1/3 c soft margerine
3-4 T milk-add only a little at a time until desired consistency
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Mom's best for Rainbow cake for almost every birthday at our house.
