Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 c peanut butter
1/2 c shortening
1 1/4 c brown sugar
3 T milk
1 T vanilla
1 egg

Cream together then add:

1 3/4 c flour
1/4 t salt
1 t baking soda

Drop dough into cookie sheet.  Criss-cross with fork. Bake at 375 for 7-8 minutes.
