Rice Krispee Treats

1/4 c butter
1 10 package marshmallows (or 4 cups mini marshmallows)
6 cups rice krispies cereal

Melt the butter in large saucepan.  Add marshmallows.  Stir until completely melted.Remove from heat.  Add cereal and stir until well coated.  Put in 9x13 pan.  Cut into squares when slightly cooled.
