Makes 5#
4 1/2 c sugar
1 c evaporated milk
1 3/4 squares of butter
Stir together and cook. Let boil 7 minutes. Stir constantly.
Pour over 18 oz chocolate chips. (1 part milk chocolate to 2 parts semi-sweet)
20 oz marshmallow cream
3/4 lb pecans
Mix well. Pour into buttered 9x13 pan and set. Store in fridge.
