Heat oven to 400. Spray round cake pan with cooking spray.
Mix together:
1/2 c tomato sauce
1 T oil
1/2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
1/2 t parsley
1/2 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic
Pepperoni or cooked sausage cut in small pieces.
1 can refrigerator biscuits, pop dough
Cut biscuits into four little pieces each and mix with the sauce mixture. Put into cake pan. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 17-20 minutes.
